People are quitting and no new xSIs have been hired to backfill open positions. Most stores have no SSI since the position was split into MSI/SSS a few years ago. Only remote stores have an SSI now. The stores that rely on the metro MSIs are seeing them less and less since they are quitting in large numbers. Third party contractors are covering some stores now. What is the plan? Any future for store-level tech roles in WFM?
