Advance is so concerned about maximizing profits and stooping to low level tactics to accomplish nothing more then pissing off the few good people that may be left. The real question they should be asking themselves is whether they want to still be in business 2-3 years from now because what they are doing now is not making anyone happy.

If it ant broke don't fix it The old system worked just fine. Why change it. probably got the program cheep.
Can't even pull your paycheck stub up this week. How many millions did they spend on this piece of c-ap that don't work? How about giving some raises to the real workers instead of the board of id--ts that are running this company. The only way you're going to get a raise here is if the minimum raise goes up in your state.
