Thread regarding CVS layoffs

DL’s leaving

What do they know. Heard many are quitting or getting different jobs in organization. What do they know that is coming?

Cost reduction is more important than growing the FS business. CVS has thrown in the towel on FS. Judy Sansone! Really? Hope for a spin off of FS.

They're getting promoted. My DL was in the position for almost 12 months. Now he's a regional director! Doesn't know Jack about the front store, but let's promote him. Would shoot out emails at 5 a.m. and still send emails til midnight. Make enough noise and I guess it makes you look like you're doing something.

P!ss on the new DLs they took the jobs and in a short year have run off all the great managers and pharmacist with their arrogance. I would not let a mechanic do surgery on me nor a surgeon work on my car. They on the other hand took the job knowing they had no qualifications! Again I say P!ss on the 200,000 dollar a year pr!cks and the people they harmed in just a short time! Do not say it was not their fault , you do not steal a job you can not do

Here we go again with the conspiracy theories. “What do they know” lmfao.

I’ll tell you what they know. They are tired of busting their butt and getting their nuts busted from every angle. Some are in the position to move on. Good for them and good luck to them.

There is no smoking gun here. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Absolutely true in many states. Company made a huge mistake when they let go previous District Managers and combined 2 roles into one. The licensed DLs never really wanted the responsibility but they jaw jabbed the entire time that they did. Company fell for it and Shame On Them! Engagement and Morale hasn’t been the same since this decision was made. True Caring and Smart District Managers were let go. Shame on you CVS. Hope the leaving DLs get their quality of life back when they leave. Everyone got screwed.
