When the process optimization is reviewing departments- what exactly does that mean? Anyone work directly for them?

LOL posters...... here is a new and innovative idea..... why not just keep the old care plan and processes. I mean, I know we need to grow and change with the times... but why don't we take the minimalist approach and use some of what we have for a while. Just a thought.

Find the 'excess'-- people, especially --- organize processes and departments to need fewer workers, save $$ and do more RIFS.

I beg to differ, sometimes in companies they need to review process to ensure things are cohesive and effective and efficient. Humana is a business. With the new care plans rolling out and computer systems and time it will take, maybe it’s just being looked at, like the focus groups and shadowing that’s done so the management who don’t work in the systems know what’s really happening in real time

Same as 'Synergy', 'Position Elimination', 'Department Re-alignment', blah blah blah. These types of phrases are always generated by egomaniacs and indicate they have no sacks to admit they s--- at making a profit. Therefore, by chopping your employment- they wiggle and jiggle to make the quarterly fiscal report look better, only to accomplish yet another 'miracle' bottom line for their butt kissing in the corporate board room.

Mostly used by some dirt-bag in HR/Management that barely graduated from college.

It is highly probable they should write a missive to the Dean of their college requesting a refund of their parents hard earned cash- because they are incompetent at both business and English.
