Sad that one must search outside their company to learn what may be going on within their company. It’s worse than sad. Profound lack of communication is absurd, and I’m sorry that you even have to ask those questions here.

The entire contact center is over staffed. There is numerous uneed teams. Good luck contact center under new management changes headed your way.
