Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Predictions Delayed

Many have predicted how, when and which groups are in upcoming transitions/layoffs at ADP. When their predictions don't pan out or seem delayed, they resort to personal attacks against those within the suspected groups.

It's really cut-throat nowadays. It's a new evil, and they don't even care how wicked their hearts have really become. They really believe they are doing "the powers that be" a great service. Pure evil at its core. Nothing good.

So many of those Sr. VP's and VP's that thought they were "in the club" and told would be safe if they followed the plan and they pushed the higher paid, high skilled, proven employees out to save on costs (without taking into real account the damage done when those folks were not there) are definitely in the sights as part of the plan as targets themselves. In the movies the parallel is not leaving behind people that can harm you. The "executive management" is corrupt to the core and pushed the agenda on to the masses solely for the purpose of their own personal short term gain. Corruption is rampant at ADP and everyone has a sharpened knife ready to plunge it in your back if they have any hint it might further their cause. ADP has become a terribly toxic, unhealthy place for employment and those of us still there need to leave for our own personal well being.

Every man/woman for him/her self. No longer is ADP a company concerned with its employees. From top down, the message is harrassment and antagonistic approaches towards groups they want to leave voluntarily or quit. Cowardly moves, but they do exist. Only the true strong ones are surviving the antics. And they are getting more and more frustrated because their attacks are not working.

By the way, what personal attacks? Please give some examples so that I may understand.

I'm sorry, but what you are saying doesn't make any sense. Please provide more detail on what you mean. Is this a conspiracy that you are seeing? Perhaps I'm just too stupid to understand.

I agree. Being anonymous gives some folks the feeling of power which unfortunately they quickly abuse. When I post I try to write as if my name was visible.
