Moving to lower cost facility in Lisbon

Roughly 20 people in the EPS service desk (i.e. call centre) have been made redundant. Last day of work 31st of March. This includes service desk representatives, as well as escalation lead, process lead, etc. The service desk is much larger and the remaining workforce has not been affected.
Any update on this at all?
Was anything announced today? Groups affected?
Certain groups in around 20 roles. The only ones safe are on maternity leave (until they return).
Are all of the Dublin positions moving to Lisbon, or just ones in certain groups?
