They gave the MSMs more responsibilities after letting go of the PSI program. I also do not think they would get rid of a position that they just changed the title of. Just my opinion.
I saw this week some MSM changed their title to District Sales and Service Manager. Is this a new Title?

Right now they are in so many conference calls that they can’t answer phones or emails. Knowing that and seeing it makes no difference, their days are numbered.
