It's interesting, as they just bragged about a billion dollar surplus for 2017 and yet are firing more people and yet again, leaving the company incredibly divided and top heavy. Let's not even mention the pay disparities that exist. It's a good ol' boys club, and you're either in it or you're getting fired or the workload is so unmanageable you are forced to quit. Get out while you can!!!! Customer service is tanking in the claims world because customers no longer get staff adjusters and we just pay claims based on bills and independent adjusters-- i guess they'd rather pay higher losses than to pay staff.
