Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADP has become a terribly toxic, unhealthy place for employment

So many of those Sr. VP's and VP's that thought they were "in the club" and told would be safe if they followed the plan and they pushed the higher paid, high skilled, proven employees out to save on costs (without taking into real account the damage done when those folks were not there) are definitely in the sights as part of the plan as targets themselves. In the movies the parallel is not leaving behind people that can harm you. The "executive management" is corrupt to the core and pushed the agenda on to the masses solely for the purpose of their own personal short term gain. Corruption is rampant at ADP and everyone has a sharpened knife ready to plunge it in your back if they have any hint it might further their cause. ADP has become a terribly toxic, unhealthy place for employment and those of us still there need to leave for our own personal well being.

Couldn’t agree more with @X6Q120s-2fku .

Do you think Carlos is at fault? Honest question. He certainly has reaped the benefits of hurting so so many people.

Corruption is rampant at ADP. Anyone who has worked there for years knows that. Trying to whitewash things won't hide the truth.

Corruption??? I highly doubt it. I might not like what they have done with the experienced associates, but to accuse Sr. VPs and VPs of corruption is a new low for even this site.

I wish I'd be able to find a better job.

For now, I am stuck here.
