Agreed, no more layoffs, they are in growth mode. Wait and see what happens. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
layoffs are done. they want people to leave on their own.

They like to keep us guessing. I suppose some will slowly go insane.
After April they will give you 2 weeks severance no matter what level you are or how long your worked there.
Brace for it, it’s coming.
In my group, people scurry around and make themselves “look” busy all day, they take 2 hour lunches, come in @ 9:30am, leave at 4 or 4:30pm, boss is never in office, always “working from home” or at a meeting all day. Tensions are running high. There is clearly no work to warrant the number of people still in certain business groups. It’s surreal. I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. And people don’t talk about the layoffs, taboo topic.... just look like you’re busy and deny the reality. Most people ARE looking, but if you’re over 40, no one is hiring you when they can hire 20-30s at half the cost.
We’re in uncharted territory....one more big market crash like Christmas and the ax will fall again.
And we all know it’s coming... you can feel it. The world ain’t right.
How many of you look around at the people in your immediate area and think how is that frickin person still here?
Riddle me this, how many of you have been introduced to the new SS & C solutions , been asked to cross train or given an oppotunity to grow into new positions? Has Bill Stone taken an interest in your location or taken am oppotunity to meet the staff they acquired, what like a year ago??????? Theres your answer folks!
