These new micromanaging aux codes are the worst. I am ready to leave soon. I have tried to keep a positive attitude all these years but have seen this company treat the employees worse and worse, from RN to I.T. to CHE to SS as just pawns to the money making CEO etc. Members cry not able to afford medications or premiums while BB sends pix of his family in their penthouse. Sorry to add negativity to the situation, because I do like my coworkers across the company and I DO care about the members I talk to. But overall it for me it is more and more exhausting. Time to look
Interesting. Explains the push for CCM.
That way Humana won’t be responsible for benefits, management, etc....this may make good business sense.
I am looking forward to the layoffs. I’m waiting for my severance and will skip down the yellow brick road
Looking at the posts on this site I would think everyone would be overjoyed. It's not like you are happy.
Looks like it is for md management to prevent further visit with more md support. That does not mean they will not outsource HAH telephonic this is just not it....yet
That doesn’t say they’re selling, but linking. It’s all about the contracts, and does someone deliver it better and less expensive? Doubtful, look at the Hedis scores. Our program is marketable and desirable
https://aledade.com/news/press-releases/aledade-and-humana-announce-agreement-expanding-value-based-care-for-humana-medicare-advantage-members-in-three-states/. Is this what you are talking about?
And you know this how?
I’m told a buyer has been identified already.
I could believe it. Wouldn’t even care at this point. This place is the worst
