No wonder the company keeps sinking, considering the management we (don't)have. Constant changes in management, with no improvement in sight.
Most of the managers have no idea how to do the work of the teams they are supposed to be managing. But they will ALWAYS be quick to take credit for what the team has managed to achieve despite of them, not because of them.
This is why we are losing some of our best engineers - and I don't see it stopping any time soon. Not even sure we need layoffs at this point...
