does anyone know what Severance has been offered? is it two weeks for every year of service? is there a max?

I left in 2017 on my own. Our industry is cyclical and all companies lay off people from time to time. Skyworks is not different. I hope they bounce back and and I wish all the best to my old friends there.

The recent force reduction is due to US-China trade war, key smartphone OEM volume decline, etc which impacted many companies and not Skyworks only.

After announcing another good qtr, 100 more were released yesterday (1/31/13) This is on top of las qtrs RIFF. All of this is to make the numbers for the next qtr. Dont worry about future product development. They said they can hire again later.
