The micromanaging here is the worst! They are NOT transparent and they do not take criticism well. They think we are stupid by telling us that they are making changes to help us when their main intent is to dump more work on us. So tired of that BS!!!! Also, so tired of the excuses when it comes to paying us!!!! I am sure high leadership roles do not get our off for their raises and bonuses! I am mad!!!!

Spoke with a friend today, after she was told that she was terminated; but it won't be effective until tomorrow, I have never known a company to terminate you, with a future date, this proves that HAH has no clue of what there doing.
