OP: Don't be naive. From Larry on down, everyone gets a smaller piece of the pie. By the time it gets to the M1s, nothing left for you.
Or, to put it another way: if the management chain gave raises to the ICs, it would cut into their own salary hikes. Human greed (and lack of accountability, since the numbers are always hidden) results in almost no one below a certain level getting anything. Welcome to Oracle.
LE stopped the hike for Jan 1 when all others below approved it. Then no one below questioned/spoke to him. Now the proposal is dead.
as said there will be nothing until the new financial year which begins in june.
I have heard no hikes/raises this year what ever happens will be in coming June.
