Is stocks are based on the performance rating or every employee should get? Is there any screw up for employee have less rating.

If you are referring to the 50 (or 25 for part time) shares you were granted in 2018, you will receive your payment for the first half vested on 3/22. Your rating has no bearing on this. Everyone who is active or otherwise satisfies eligibility requirements (ex: VSP, retirement, etc) will get their payout and everyone gets the same amount (fulltime/parttime differ).
