The only one that benefits for these reorganization are senior management, they get to bring their friens and family members to collect good paychecks, and lots of undeserved senior promotions, welcome to the swamp at JPMC
Merchant is moving under treasury services
I work in merchant services and haven’t heard anything about layoffs. In fact we have been hiring. I’m in Arizona. Shuffling around of underperforming managers is common at the bank. That may be what the poster is talking about.
People actually left their jobs.
I was working at Merchant Services in Chicago and felt the lack of strong leadership with direction. The agile teams operated in “challenges” which are small POCs which fulfill the mission of global expansion. However none of it reached production. With this outcome, directors were forced to resign. Lupe Czerwinski is the worst director, forcing other employees to resign.
PROBABLY THEY WERE ASKED TO RESIGN OR BE FIRED,SEEN IT MANY TIMES, It is a job, but in general untrained managers thrive in this environment, some of them should have not business managing PEOPLE, but again the wrong people tends to get promoted at others's expense all the time, daily insults and yelling just like a child care, and people just take it, & Forget HR, if you go there you will be out in not time!
Can someone please elaborate? I have a job offer with Merchant Services (in technology) in Lewisville TX in a few weeks and want to make sure its a good idea.
Is this a suggestion or did people leave?
