Thanks so... if I’m 7v and made 86 base and 97 with sti is 12% what would my pay out be!
Target bonus is your salary times your STI target %, which is based on your jobcode.
What is target bonus? Do VSP get that also?
Typically late March. And it's 3% of salary + target bonus
