Who is the one who will nag about CBLs?
Our PTC has been gone since December. I was and still am concerned about most of our team leads having access. Our managers are adjusting. Many associates seemed to think that our PTC did so much to find out they didn't.
Is there some stuff missing yes. But our PTC didn't have to do as much as other PTC s did.
Good riddance.
I am one of the PTC affected.....it makes no sense at all....anyone know just how much is going to fall thru the cracks without the PTCs. The managers and leads will not be able to keep up. The leads having access to hourly associate "private" information....can everyone say ethics issue????? Who is going to be checking when the associates fail to clock out or not take a lunch....There is going to be so much time theft going on. No one will be held accountable.....this is one of the worst ideas ever. What multi-billion company does not have a HR (PTC) person to keep it all together? Mr. Sam would be so disappointed. Shame on the executives that come up with these stupid ideas.
