Not sure what happened my PTO went backwards...anybody know what happened ?? I'm so confused

For those of you who don't know the new policy here is a breakdown from my understanding. You cannot clock in 10 min early. You cannot clock in after 9 min you will be late. 1/2 a point taken if you do.You have to work your schedule no more work 1/2 shift your ok. If you call in on a special event I'm assuming holidays included it will be 3 points 2 for calling on that day plus 1 because you called in totaling 3 points. If you call out it's 1 point on any giving day. Exceptions as before like jury duty taking a leave approved by segwick and others too look up the policy know the policy ignorance will be no excuse it's on the wire. If you have accured protected PTO you can use it if your late or call in. Max hrs per year collected is 48 remember work 30 hrs for 1 hr earned. I'm sure I'm forgetting something here but it explains it on on the Sam's club attendance police rolled out February 2, 2019 don't wait to get told look it up.

You get 1 hr protected PTO for every 30 hrs worked. Regular PTO is occurred faster depending on how long you have been with the company. I would like to know when the 5 point attendance is going to start does anyone know? Nobody in our club seems to know.

I have not accrued PTO since January not Protected I know all about that what it is and how it works I MEAN MY ACCRUED TIME,. And some one better fix it 😡

If you had PTO then that's stays regular PTO. Once protected PTO was launched after the pay out, your PTO going forward will be split between the two. So let's say you earned 4 hours of PTO each pay period. Now that four hours is split in half. 2 for regular PTO and 2 for protected. So for example I started with 80 hours now I'm at 82 RPTO and 2 PPTO.

Did you put in for your PTO for the vacation next month? If not then you're probably SOL. If you need then you need to fight it.
