What's going to be the next brilliant idea for BBB to cut costs? Who is next on the list after assistants? The way things have been going here lately, nobody is safe. It might not be layoffs, but BBB will always find a way to screw you over.

I heard some ASMs could go to 40-45. Was there a set amount? And I know all 4 ASMs I’ve had in my last 3 stores NEVER worked more than 47.5, lucky if they met that at times with showing up late or leaving early.
most salaries ASMs don’t work the required 50 hours. We didn’t get a pay cut at all. If you actually work 50 hours you get the same salary. Quit crying

As a current asm. When asked for the manager I will divert to my store manager. I am just an hourly associate.
