Advance upper management is to blame for being greedy. This company has no direction, and continues to apply the wrong formulas to instill loyalty in customers and employees. Parts availability is poor at best, pricing is typically higher then the competition, and understaffing at stores is common . Anyone that knows anything about cars stays away from this company.
