The Execs are known for saying one thing and doing another. You cannot count on anything they say.
Sadly, it appears that the good old boys network decides who stays and who leaves based on popularity, as if they are still in high school. It's too bad.
I am hoping they offer another volunteer opportunity to leave and get severance. If they do, I won't hesitate this time. I believe a whole lot of people will want out.
For those of you who want to tell me to just leave if I am not happy. Kiss my a&&. I'll do what I think is best for me.
I look forward to all the b.s. that the general directors and management will be attempting to shove at us too.
