I was thinking the last two years it seemed like March and August were months we saw lay offs but unsure. Anyone have any insight?

Yikes. Sorry to hear that. What areas are being affected now?
I agree.. stunned! Really thought could feel safe til at least end of fiscal.
More announcements today. Stunned they couldn’t wait till the last voluntary retirees left.
I know this is not a political bored, but this is exactly why and the root cause of socialist politicians making gains every election, publicly traded companies have way to much power, and democrats and unions do nothing about it, workers need more protections in the workplace. I don't know why anyone in their right mind and especially with a college degree would want to work or even be associated with ADP a cheep labor company, but if your not right from the head and you must work for ADP I strongly recommend you guys start unionizing, get a union in there and protect yourself.
Just stay ready. Stack your chips, and be ready to play. No need to worry if you prepare well. If not on lay-off grid, you may want to prepare anyway, prepare for the motherloaf of work you’ll be doing (for 3 or more people, with only one wage).
Can you say cheap?
It's so silly to think that any company would announce when they are laying off personnel with the exception of mutual early retirement. Do you not understand that because ADP is a publicly traded company, their allegiance lays not with the employee but to the board members? Go work on being more positive and stop killing yourself over a company's negativity and change. Early retirement can be a good thing. Why wish any company to hell? Just silly.
I wish they would talk to us about all of the continuous layoffs on the town halls instead of all the numbers/percentages that none of us care about..we want to know what's happening with our jobs adp mgmt
The last round of VERP go March 1st. so I would anticipate something end of April for last days end of June (fiscal). Just my opinion.
