Anyone hear about bbby paying ASMS a settlement check?

You can’t make claims anymore. The cut off was beginning of May. If you were eligible you would have received something in the mail back in February.
Pretty sure it was rust consulting. No checks yet. You should be able to make a claim even if you are not with bbb anymore, as long as you were a salaried asm within the 3 year timeframe the case is about.
They are still waiting for the money to be released just spoke to them.
Does anyone have the number for the lawyer?
I mailed off the required paperwork, and still haven’t gotten anything. That was in March or April. Does anyone have the name of The law agency? The form I mailed back had all info.

If they were laid off employees, I say get rid of the ASM’s, they didn’t care about dept mgrs losing their jobs, now look who’s crying. I do enjoy seeing what goes around comes around. Your not going to be able to milk the system anymore, no OT means your salary will drop, guaranteed! It’s time to throw out those lazy SM’s they have been riding the backs of hard working associates, oh and before you ask I’m not s laid off dept mgr, I survived!! I know the right people.
