This isn’t going to go well with the assistants and I feel badly for them.
I’m not sure how BBB will avoid another lawsuit by changing their pay as they now have to work more hours to make the same pay.
Doing more work for less money, What’s not to like? Of course, I’m being sarcastic but the fact is that this was a sneaky but a “clever” way to cut costs while keeping all the experience and the devoted workers. Saves them the trouble of training new workers, and if some ASM’s do leave due to attrition, well It’s easier to train some new people than to replace all of the old ones. The only question that comes to mind here is: How is this legal?
