Love getting an email about sti that doesn't apply to me. Hr rep was in and had no idea what band I was in and just said gibberish until I realized she had no idea how to answer my question. I'm band 9 btw with wireless. Back to slinging the hum I guess and making sure I do smart setup when we have 2 customers an hour

Retail doesn't get STI anymore. It was changed to an NPS bonus, then it was absorbed into your salary.
