I've heard more cuts might be coming to Allstate very soon. I have no idea what soon entails, though, and was hoping somebody here might know more?

I’m a current non-management employee who doesn’t work in Northbrook. I’ve worked for 3 other companies and have a perspective on the employee value proposition that it sounds like you don’t have. If you focused on being successful in your job, maybe you wouldn’t be so bitter.
I love this board - clearly H O has prob a position amongst all the c-ap they have there of non producers who monitors here and posts apologist missives.

Will be layoffs in HO this summer.
All people who decided not to relocate, at this point they are training replacements in Texas.
This last posting is total c-ap. There is no “Atlanta office”. There are a few marketing people, but they report to Northbrook and can work remotely. “Sales”, consists of agents, who are independent contractors and own their businesses, and can’t be laid off, and sales management.
Competitors looking to poach employees post c-ap like this to create fear and apprehension.
This is true for the Atlanta office. Sales and marketing were just told last week their jobs will be eliminated in 90 days. A lot of employees were caught of guard and were told last year their jobs were safe and now there not. Employees were so upset that security was called in.
