Oh yes - Ms Guichelaar is great at slash and burn, she has done it as Deutsche Bank (twice), Lloyds Banking group and before joining Cisco, Thomson Reuters were victim of her strategies. Interestingly, she never hangs around to see the results .... The Deutsche Bank outsource to HPE/ES > DXC has turned out to be a total dogs dinner.

The VPs and Sr Directors within Cisco IT make Kim Jong-un look ethical. Too many Frank Underwoods in leadership positions.
Some clean is expected a level below CIO which was very filthy so far. Some VPs were running their own shows and exploitation. IT is in top of the list to clean up another 25%
It make sense to outsource big giants rather getting into H1B hassle
