For all the people that are so miserable and think that it is such a terrible place to be and have to put in and extra 2 hours (which many do anyway) why do you stay!?
You also can work 45 hours if you prefer
And for the department managers that would have preferred to be cut to 40 hours...you would have all just whined about that too!
No one forced you to stay there and if you are all so wonderful, you should be very employable elsewhere....but no one has recruited you I guess!? And....you haven't been able to sell yourself?!
No....I don't work there anymore either...but move on! Make the change you need unless you are just not happy unless you are miserable.
