I have not worked for BNSF, I have been at UP 14 yrs. They go through these growing pains, but this layoff( FIREING EMPLOYEES) is madness. The unions have no balls, the director is so deep in the a-- of his boss he can't hear what the employees tell him. Lance is the problem. Fire him. There's your saving how many employees will his salary pay.. what a turd. The trains are late foreman's are INCOMPETENT because of there Dad or brother they that position
