Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Who will want to take lowe management position after all of these shifts?

I imagine that lower managers have had it with all of these shifts and the insecurity that comes with them. Some positions eliminated, some merged, and there are almost constant rumors of new reorgs and shifts on that level. Who will want to work at those positions anymore if this state goes on? God knows the pay isn't attractive with all the responsibilities when you add that level of insecurity and stress to that it turns out it’s better to work anywhere else.

Stop complaining. WMT only cares about Identity Politics, diversity & inclusion, and equality of results. You need to self-identify as a person of color, as a person of the opposite set, and some other category that does not really exist - then apply for a job as an executive at WMT. You will probably get hired as an EVP in charge of equality. Then you can go on cruise control. Fire a bunch of straight, judeo-christian, white males, and you could be CEO. This is what you need to focus on.
