I’m beginning to see this ‘board’ dry up with any commentary as more get laid off from ciaco.

50% or more of the posts on this board were from SPVSS. With them spun off as Synamedia, the noise is gone, but not the pain. I guess the core Cisco team in SJC is just numb at this point.
I'll volunteer... it s---s. I don't think anyone believes their job is safe. Most are really depressed and the company takes this attitude that it is all on you to fell better. Most older employees are terrified of getting targeted, because they have been in the past. Typically, Cisco lays off entire groups then rehires the young, cheaper, workers. They lie to them through the entire process. There is absolutely no respect for those laid off, with open jokes made about them on conference calls.
No more layoffs. Cisco is hiring. In my team of 8 people we need 4 new employees. It is booming at Cisco and life is so good. I feel goooooooooooooood, nananana, so gooooooooood, nana....
