Be careful signing anything from this company as they are changing ASMs from salary to hourly. They made the managers laid off in 2017 sign saying they could not sue. The company has been in the wrong and will do anything to avoid paying you what you are owed. Google bed bath and beyond lawsuits. Find the one where ASMs have been misclassified. They will offer ASMs pennies on the dollar to keep from having to pay what they should be paying. At this time all ASMs CAN hire an attorney and sue for misclassifying and being pressured into working long hours. GODSPEED!

To the first poster, if you think your salary will go up once the ASMs are gone, you’ve got a nasty surprise coming. Your salary ain’t going nowhere. Giving you a salary bump is not the BBB way, they’ve already figured out that the can make you do more work and take on more responsibilities for the same low pay as before.
YES! We were given black folders and told to sign or NOT get our severance. Then told we could not sue if we took our severance. Whoever you are, you are the id--t!
