I am a Front End DS. I have loads of responsibilities but am expected to still come in, put up freight, Power down stock, work IRPs, by then Power hours start 10-2 which means all ot most of my day is gone and wasted. Are there any other FE DS eith the same issues? I feel useless in my own area! Something has got to give

This is the problem with how the positions were rolled out. I was a Support ASM and i never wanted my Back End or Front End SSMs working IRPs. My store manager disagreed and forced them to them salesfloor. Then he was p-ss-d that operational sh-- wasnt getting done. Gee... I wonder why.
