Its 3 pm and the Sale still not working. Angry customer screaming at my cashiers but by all means DO NOT TAKE DOWN TAGS.. we dont want to waste labor wow. oh but make sure the SSS completes their sale audit.

only individual product teams were responsible for tags no one helped and customers were p-ss-d.worst generation of leadership at whole foods market period.
well we all know at store leadership there is a failure to communicate and they always say well i can’t can’t tell my ec that they don’t care they just want us to take care of it.
No wonder this sh-- happens not the first time will happen at store and regional level too due to under qualified team members .
Wait....what? The sale items are not ringing correctly in the registers? I didn't hear anything in our region. We did however have missing sale tag batches this morning and the data team had to send a huge tag batch down this morning.
In my region the instruction was that tags should be taken down immediately. My product teams helped. whoever told you to keep them up made a bad call.
