TSG and desktop engineering continues to be a joke. Windows 7 is being retired at the end of the year - look around you and see all the Windows 7 PCs? Do you think they'll be upgraded by end of year? Lol, no.
Same as when we had to pay Microsoft big bucks for support of XP after it was retired, we'll be paying to support Windows 7 when the rest of the world has moved to Windows 10. Why can't they get anything done over there?
I don't work for BNYM, but happened to notice this thread, and previously thought my company (financial related) was behinds the times.

Ha. My manager is doing everything she can to make me look bad so she can keep her couple pets. I don't even care. I just want to get through a few more months so I can have the last half of the year off as paid by my sub package. I know the setup is leading to below target for mid year. Remember, you reap what you sow.
Play your cards right, and you just might be gone before the conversion ends.
