Anyone else get an anonymous survey from corporate this week? Looks like the new leadership is pretending to solicit candid feedback on the company's culture, shortcomings, and workforce morale. The fact it's being touted as anonymous is laughable though. This feels more like corporate is phishing for tributes than giving voices to the employees. I don't know anyone that's taking this survey willingly, but if they do they better spin some lies to avoid being tagged by corporate crosshairs in future layoffs. Corporate doesn't seem to get the fact THEY are the problem... and far from being trustworthy enough to expect field participation in this BS survey.

These surveys have been done in the past as well....I recall on one occasion after survey results had been tabulated, our store manager held "round table" discussion meetings with a few associates at a time to discuss concerns.
It was nothing but a dog and pony show because nothing of substance changed as a result of the surveys.
OP, you are paranoid. There are so many other ways to identify disgruntled employees...
If you choose to ignore the survey, then do not complain about the company in the future.
Well said, @XQ9S860-onc, couldn’t agree more
Like corporate finally found a conscience. Doubt it. Our input has never been acknowledged or respected. Means nothing as their reputation is too tarnished.
I took the survey and while hopeful for the new company was honest about what I think needs to change. It should be ok to voice your opinion as long as you are respectful and present a solution vs just venting about the past. If I get on some list as a result I more than likely would in just being me.
@XQ9S860-bsh Who the hell are you? Someone's mom or dad? Shut up.
Wow paranoid much? I seriously doubt honesty on the survey will get you on a layoff list but that negativity surely could.
