My guess is that we switch commission, in our current mode, into an hourly rate and make it base pay, then incorporate a team commission model with a “bonus” as an additional sales incentive for reps. What’s your guess? Fire away.

Does anyone actually know what 2.0 means for reps ? I heard there have been test stores in the Great lakes market. What is the accountability ? Expectations ?
They gotta tell the union folks 90 days in advance for this to happen. The union cant do anything about it, but they have to tel them. Not gonna change any time in the next 90 days
they will outsource retail to an authorized dealer and do direct sales via online (Visible) with the exception of a few flagship stores to show off new products. NOT in the know....just my guess.
probably not many people going to like this but when a customer comes into a store the mattress is sell them anything at any cost. Maybe a new structure that is based on a higher salary with shared commission will actually encourage good customer service.
Alright, who told their a$$ kissing DM about this site?
Clearly not every store is lucky as you. Our numbers are a result of the area you are in not your sales skills this is the 2000's.
Our store has been up YOY every month for 2+ years with lower traffic. Your in a sales role...SELL!
I can't stand when upper managers say stores aren't really slower it's just more ISPU's...c'mon with that BS, stores are slower and they forecasts 20% growth
