My friend works for UPS and said the union is great. They monitor how much freight you throw, if you don’t throw enough, they don’t fire you, they just don’t schedule you. So no unemployment benefits. The advantage is if you work in the middle of the pack they give consistent raises.
If a store made it to a yes union, it would close.

Sure, let’s bring in a union, pay them weekly and get nothing in return. Clearly anyone who wants a union has never been in one. Never ending false promises. I dislike Lowe’s but a union foxes nothing.
