so, it has been said that the psi program was not as bad off as they thought. all psi desks should stay in tact, the position will be coming back in some capacity sooner than later..... 60 days to clean up all current and ongoing projects, then, new program coming......

I was a PSI for Lowe’s and discovered within the first month what a deceptive program Lowe’s had developed. The contractors over estimate their labor. The departments who supplied the products used and were involved in the program followed suit. Every line item is supposed to represent the true quantities and labor required; however, if they followed suit they wouldn’t make profit. They’re suppose to use Class A contractors but used Class B contractors without the public’s knowledge.
The consumers had no idea they were being ripped off. I stood up, reported it and was told to ‘get along’ or leave. I resigned and left a detailed resignation letter detailing the problems. No one listened. DO NOT TRUST this program or be affiliated with any part of it. Lowe’s lies.
i heard something about this too, from FSM and area manager team....told me "things are coming"
