I agree we needed to eliminate district positions..way too many ...What's not right is that many of them either went to corporate or became asm in stores.. why were the other dept managers not offered the same..that's what's not fair..PLEASE stop cutting payroll............getting stupid out there
I hope you don’t think you’re protected. The minute the Company sees you as overpaid or you’re no longer in a favored position, you’ll conveniently be placed on a PIP also.
