I just informed I was redlined. Make 65K in the Raleigh market. My store does 50k per week. Raleigh market is very fast growing and cost of living is climbing pretty fast. I am getting an $800 lump sum. Still, to be redlined at 65K is a joke.

I thought I read somewhere that the "EE" rating was being done away with? So you could only get "ME" now. Plus I was told that "Exceeds Expectations" were only given out for people getting or earning a promotion. Am I just misinformed, or am I missing something?

Are they still giving the 1% lump sum for redlined SMs?

Just curious. I am not red lined so I was wondering if they are even going to bother giving those of us raises.
