Did the hinkle hump actually shut down? How many mechanical/car dept employees furloughed? Did closing the hump cost any trainman positions in hinkle?

13 electricians, 12 machinists, 8 MSO, and 4 supervisors.....coming down March 16 at Hinkle.
Bad weather has delayed the PSR activities. Still humping, some trainmen back from furlough to help with needed lack of manpower, near meltdown around us trying to switch to block setout and and flat switching. Won't be pretty when the snow melts.
Got the call today, i know 13 electricians are being furloughed later this month
