It would be funny if the Onion did a story saying "AIG reports.record profits, plan to hire thousands to.meet demand".
How many times are we going to regurgitate BDs comp? Old news. Done deal. Employees shoukd stage a walk out for a day to showcase no raises rifs and age descrimination. Mgmt doesnt care but if they were held up to public ridicule, thetes no way to brush under rug embarrassing to have this out amid the 100 yr propaganda. Morale stinks so end in sight and public should know. Look at amazon.
There isn't just 1 CEO, there are a handful of them if you look at the pay they are giving many C-suite folks reporting to BD!

Yup, and the employees, excluding Management, are now approaching the lowest paid employees in the Industry. AIG doesn't spread the wealth around. It stays at the top and that is a fact
