Anything new about TBC changes? So far it's the only "specialty" area that requires training and knowledge that does not have it's own Manager in the department. I can imagine a lot of clubs are losing profits because the everyday managers don't know anything about the dept and are just giving goods and services away.

Your team lead is useless if you need to get a coach involved in your tbc.
Simple steps, you tell them what's wrong. Telm them it's not covered. They get p-ss-d, low ball the sh-- oit if them.
People are happy just getting something back..
I hate TBC members with a deadly passion. All act like their c-appy chevys, fords and dodge are in mint condition rusted out old pieces of sh-- if you ask me. How about you worry about that check engine light instead of worrying about your stupid a-- tire sensor. God I hate them so much.

Happens everyday at my club . Take care of the member even if they don't rotate tires bad alignment all free tires. Smh
