Do you need a rvp who tells the regional who tells the dm who tells am who tells the sm . I see a lot of positions that are not necessary. Cut the dead weight from the top. Get those hours back to the stores.

Everyone knows about DP and his history with females. Most decline his advances and he proves himself by either demoting or placing that person on a PIP. It’s sad when you have to surround yourself with people that will protect you and the Company, instead of highly qualified, deserving individuals to stay under the radar. As a former DM I can speak to this. Nothing intimidates DP more than an assertive, well-spoken woman. I was in this spot and due to sounding the alarm, I was knocked down a few notches as he likes to say.
This is ridiculous to have this much DEAD weight at the top! With the company situation as it is you should cut the DM’s, have the most productive SM’s run multiple stores and have smarty DP give direction and really earn his pay instead of spending all his time chasing after the girls, yes that’s right he does and the company is aware. He’s going to get the company in trouble then they will know they should have taken action sooner!
