Imagine going into you March District meeting and all your PMs and SMs knowing of your sins. Them knowing of your arrogance and hubris. Knowing you have told them the reduction in hours and added tasks are no reason they can’t take good to great and holding them accountable. Meanwhile your falsifying documents and using others to do your job for you.

The daggers are out “figuratively speaking” and sharpened. As the investigation continues other unrelated violations come out. As time goes on people who have been fired for similar offenses are paying close attention.... knowing if this isn’t handled appropriately they will have their own payday.

Nothing wrong with sharing credentials with admin. RDs do it too. Nothing will come from this, quit dreaming.

If the RM told them that assistants could go to the stores and review the paperwork etc... No one can give anyone permission to

Share their credentials to anyone.

It is a zero tolerance isssue. When a DL especially give out his credentials it gives unauthorized people to ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

If the RM directed his DL’s to share their credentials he is just as guilty
