I found this article and it seems that 2 FORMER aetna bigwigs have been quietly buying up large amounts of CVS stock. So I wonder if this is just a "buying while the price is low" or some kind of buying for a future takeover attempt?

Yeah it’s buying while the price is low. I pay attention to the stock and have for years and if I had the money to buy some now I would. The last couple years have been about transitions but I think going forward they got about what they wanted and the stock should go up.
Or they are just trying to put the stock in buy mode to make the price go up. More smoke and mirrors.
Their families are also purchasing large amounts of stock , not nearly enough for a take over but plenty to join in the class action law suit and win plenty , plenty’! These people are not stupid
